Commomn Conditions

For some conditions, we may ask that you securely send us photos of the concern, such as spots of concern. Please note that for certain issues we can only assess, but not treat.

For instance, a spot of concern that is suggestive of basal cell skin cancer will require an office visit to assist in confirming the diagnosis.

There is no software to download. You can connect with us on your iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, and any home or office computer that has a web camera and microphone. We will email you a link to connect to with us.

When you click on the link we provide it will ask for your name. After you enter your name you’ll be added to the virtual waiting room. Your provider will start the virtual appointment at the designated date and time.

Call us at (772) 234-3700 and we will be happy to book your appointment.

Typical appointment times are up to 15 minutes in length.

These visits are bill similarly to office visits. We will collect your copay when we schedule your appointment and then bill your insurance as we would with an office visit. Any remaining balance, if applicable, would be invoiced after your insurance has processed the claim.

Yes, if appropriate. We will e-prescribe to your pharmacy. However, we will not prescribe narcotics virtually.
